About me

My name is Sandra Rüegg. I grew up with a variety of large and small animals. It quickly became clear to me that an apprenticeship as a veterinary practice assistant was the perfect training for me. After 18 years in this profession, most recently in the Küsnacht veterinary practice, I was looking for new challenges. Karin Egger gave me the opportunity to do an internship in her dog boarding facility and the specialist, job-independent training for care staff for animal care for a maximum of 19 dogs, dog sitters or dog walkers. I was able to gain my first experience in dog service with Claudia Zander's Gehlaufen. I enjoyed this work so much that I now want to bring my experience of the two professions into my own dog service. By combining the two training courses, I can consciously respond to the needs of the individual dogs.
